Aerial tile centered on the parcel. Pin always present. Storm chip pinned top-left when there's an active event linked to the property. Coordinates bottom-left, attribution bottom-right.
Identity
Address (line 1) + locale (line 2). In expanded view, also county and a row of metadata chips (type, carrier, code edition, salesperson).
Decision
Top-right of the body.
